- Ability to engage and build relationships with prospects based upon earned trust
- Excellent planning and Account Management skills (don't often get surprised with "no decision" outcome)
- Team leader, team player and effective collaborator with enduring commitment to creating WIN-WIN scenarios
- Understands the consequences of customers adopting new "ENTERPRISE" solutions (a whole new way of life for customers)
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning ("ERP") market and requirements
- Knowledge of manufacturing, especially process and batch manufacturing a bonus
- Ability to learn rapidly and commitment to lifelong learning and professional and personal development
- Honesty, integrity, reliability a must
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with MBA a plus
